Audit Manager – Woodland Hills

Our client is looking for an addition to its Audit team who will contribute to the group’s goal of meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations for quality, value and timeliness of services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of GAAP, specialized accounting principles, and financial statement presentations
  • Efficiently supervise financial reporting engagements
  • Developing quality client relationships
  • Supervising senior and staff level accountants
  • Knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards and common audit/review procedures and techniques
  • Communicating engagement status to firm principle

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Accounting, M.S.A. or M.B.A. in accountancy desirable.
  • Six years recent experience in public accounting
  • CPA certification
  • Superior supervision and review skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards
  • Ability to provide staff training and development
  • Engagement planning and control skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • Group presentation skills, such as teaching internal CPE classes or presentations to clients

Salary: 95,000 – 120,000
